What information is processed?
Calculator entries
The seven calculators perform arithmetic in JavaScript in your browser. Entries such as gross pay, tax class and federal state are used for the calculation. In the reviewed website code, these entries are not sent to a payroll calculation server or stored in user accounts or a database. There is no payslip upload.
Homepage calculator form
With JavaScript enabled, entered salary and tax class are transferred to the calculator within a URL fragment and removed after reading. URL fragments are not sent to the web server in a normal HTTP request. Without JavaScript, the form opens the calculator without sending those amounts as URL query parameters.
Hosting and technical connection data
Cloudflare Pages is the intended hosting provider (Cloudflare, Inc., United States). Production configuration has not yet been verified. A hosting provider can process technical connection data, including IP address, request time and browser information, to deliver and secure the website. Details about the actual processing, retention and international transfers must be verified and updated before launch. The German privacy notice describes the intended legal basis under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for necessary website operation.
Cookies and consent
In the reviewed code, the calculators do not store entered figures in cookies or local/session storage. Advertising, analytics and consent-management technology have not yet been activated. Before enabling any optional tracking or advertising, the relevant consent and privacy disclosures must be completed for the actual deployed configuration.
Fonts
The website serves the open-source Inter webfont from its own website assets. It does not need to contact Google Fonts to display the font.

Advertising
Google AdSense is not active in the reviewed build. No advertising or tracking scripts are installed. This section must be updated if advertising and a consent platform are later introduced.
